Parasol Consultant

Based on the structure, inherent strength and ease of transport of shipping containers CUBED inhouse architects –NOVUM, design spaces that are practical but aesthetically pleasing.

Modular construction offers a modern, efficient, and sustainable approach to building that can cater to a variety of needs and preferences. It's a game-changer in the construction industry, providing numerous benefits without compromising on quality or design.

MANUFACTURING PARTNER

Parasol holds a Global Trade Cooperation contact with Tan Thanh Trading Mechanic Corporation https://tanthanhcontainer.com/en/about

Tan Thanh controls more than 65% of the container market in Vietnam either through manufacture, purchase, repair and repurposing and have one of the most sophisticated Semi Trailer manufacturing facilities.

The benefits of Cubed structures are

  • Speed and Efficiency: Modular buildings can be constructed in a fraction of the time compared to traditional construction methods. Since modules are built off-site in a controlled factory environment while site work is simultaneously completed, the overall project timeline is significantly reduced
  • Cost Savings: The accelerated construction timeline often leads to reduced labor costs and fewer delays due to weather or other on-site issues. The factory-controlled setting also minimizes waste and allows for better material management.
  • Quality Control: Building in a controlled environment ensures higher quality standards. Each module undergoes rigorous inspections and testing before it leaves the factory, leading to more consistent and reliable construction quality.
  • Flexibility and Scalability: Modular construction allows for easy modifications and expansions. Additional modules can be added or removed as needed, making it ideal for projects that require future flexibility.
  • Reduced Environmental Impact: The precision of modular construction results in less material waste, and the controlled environment reduces the need for on-site equipment and transportation. Additionally, many modular buildings are designed with energy efficiency in mind, further reducing their environmental footprint.
  • Improved Safety: Factory conditions are generally safer than on-site conditions, reducing the risk of accidents and injuries. Workers are also less exposed to harsh weather conditions and other hazards typically found on traditional construction sites.
  • Customization: Our architects make container buildings highly customized to meet specific design and functional requirements. Modern modular construction techniques allow for a wide range of architectural styles and finishes.

Pedagogy, is the method of how teachers teach, in theory and in practice. Pedagogy is formed by an educator's teaching beliefs and concerns the interplay between culture and different ways to learn.

Podagogy takes the concept of Pedagogy into creating module spaces to enhance the learning environment designed for Schools by Australian Architects - Novum
